The only thing I don't like is that there's no hot water in my room. Everything else was excellent. Breakfast was good although sometimes you have to wait a bit to get the food refilled.

the hotel will change your towel everyday. new day, new towel. in the mid of town. easy to find a meal.

The hotel is very convenient, staffs are friendly and helpful. Easy to get taxi too. If I ever come to Batam again, I might consider staying here again 👍🏻
